Morgan Creek CEO Predicts Crypto-Summer to Commence in Mid-June

The CEO of investment firm Morgan Creek Capital believes that the “crypto-summer” is likely to begin in mid-June.
Mark Yusko said in an interview with Blockworks that his previous predictions about the start of a bullish trend in the cryptocurrency market were a bit premature:

“My birthday is April 18.. I stated at the time that crypto-summer would come, that we would get a crypto-evening, and that would be my birthday present. I think the statement was premature Maybe it will happen on June 15.”

Yusco recalled that bitcoin fell from nearly $60,000 to $27,000 in 2022.

“And you know, I think we need good news to get some new momentum,” the Morgan Creek CEO reasoned.

In March, Mark Yusco lamented that about 80% of all bitcoins are concentrated outside the U.S., and only about 20% of the first cryptocurrency remains in American possession.

The businessman stressed that even if the U.S. citizens did not invest in BTC, it would not interfere with its daily operation.
