An announcement has appeared on the darknet about the sale of data from verified users of the Binance exchange from a user under the pseudonym jinx88. The exchange commented on the situation, denying information about the leak.
Judging by the publication, the stolen database contains names, phone numbers and the name of the user’s country. They suggest checking the authenticity of the information by attempting authorization.
Binance support commented on the situation. They claim that there was no leak and user data is safe.

In response to this, one of the users referred to a screenshot of another ad.. In it, the attacker claims that he has access to the KodexGlobal service account. Through it, you can submit a request to obtain data from a number of platforms, including Coinbase and Binance.
The exchange has already encountered this problem before.. In mid-December 2023, someone put up for sale access to the company’s account on the mentioned site.
In addition, in early February 2024, Binance technical data was leaked on GitHub.
