According to reports, a 29-year-old IT specialist fell victim to an alleged police check. Little did he know, this encounter would turn his life upside down. Handcuffed and forced into a car, the programmer was driven deep into the heart of a nearby forest. His possessions, including mobile phones, wallet, and house keys, were quickly confiscated. The assailants went a step further, compelling the captive to divulge PIN codes for his bank cards and unlock access to his coveted cryptocurrency wallet. As a result, the criminals managed to illicitly transfer approximately 3,000 euros from the victim’s accounts into their own.
Restrained with duct tape, the unfortunate victim was helplessly bound, his hands, feet, and head tightly secured. However, showing remarkable resilience and resourcefulness, he managed to liberate himself before long. Desperate for help, he sprinted to a nearby gas station and immediately notified the police of the dreadful ordeal he had endured. Fearful that his house keys had fallen into the hands of the criminals, he duly warned the authorities, supplying crucial information. Soon thereafter, law enforcement apprehended a 25-year-old Moldovan national who had been caught red-handed, attempting to force his way into the victim’s residence.

Armed with knives and menacing threats, these young felons seized their victims’ phones and extracted passwords to their crypto wallets.
