Demand for Donald Trump NFTs Surges Following Indictment

Following the announcement of the indictment against the former President of the United States, non-fungible tokens (NFTs) from the Donald Trump Collection have seen a surge in demand.

CryptoSlam, an analytical platform, reported that the popularity of his personal NFT collection, Collect Trump Cards, hosted on the OpenSea site, increased by 461% in just one day.

Over 184,000 NFTs were sold for a total of approximately $186,000. As of March 31st, the minimum price of one NFT from Donald Trump’s collection was 0.58 ETH (around $1,000).

Purchasing NFT Collect Trump Cards also enters buyers into a raffle with a chance to win prizes such as participation in a Mar-A-Lago group cocktail party, dinner in Miami, a golf trip with the former president, or a group Zoom call.

The original prospectus stated that buying 45 or more NFTs guarantees an invitation to a gala dinner with Trump in South Florida. In 2022, the former president announced the release of 45,000 NFTs on the Polygon network.

Collect Trump Cards features illustrations by Clark Mitchell, depicting the former president in various outfits, including superhero attire, in a grandiose environment.
