Adidas Originals is preparing a new NFT collection, Trefoil Mint Pass.. This is a collaboration with the famous digital artist FEWOCiOUS. The collection will be released on June 22 in limited quantities. A total of 4,500 Trefoil Flower Mint passes will be available.
This is the first time Adidas has released token-gated sneakers with an NFC tag. And the entire pre-sale list will be divided into levels. Level 1 will be accessed by owners of at least one Adidas NFT ALTS with DECOS ALT[er] Ego, Adidas NFT ALTS with SOLES ALT[er] Ego or FEWOCiOUS x FewoWorld: Paint Drops NFT.
For Level 2 you must own at least one ALTS from Adidas NFT ALT[er] Egos. Also the second level will open for all FEWOCiOUS NFT owners. Level Three is for token holders of Gmoney’s Admit One, Bored Ape Yacht Club, Doodles, Inhabants: Generative Identities or Farokh’s Rug Radio collections.
The minimum value for Level One is 0.2 ETH (approximately $350). Levels two and three start at 0.25 ETH ($430). The public sale begins June 22 at 2 p.m. ET.
Purchasers of the Trefoil Flower Mint Pass will receive a pair of physical sneakers. The NFT itself will be tied to them via a built-in NFC chip. Delivery of the shoes will begin in September.
In April, Adidas introduced dynamic NFTs for meta universes. They change their settings depending on environmental conditions.
