Custody provider Liminal has gained approval to operate as a regulated custodian in Abu Dhabi, marking a significant step in its expansion efforts across Asia. The Singapore-based company has now secured regulatory clearance in the Middle East, India, as well as its home base. Liminal’s subsidiary, First Answer Middle East, received the Financial Services Permission from the Abu Dhabi Global Market’s Financial Services Regulatory Authority, granting it the ability to offer custody services in the region. The custody provider has also recently received regulatory approvals in Dubai and India, positioning itself as a global player in the industry. Liminal’s strategic vision is to continue expanding its presence in key markets worldwide and cater to institutional clients.
