University of Nicosia Collaborates with Aleph Zero for Blockchain Research and Education

University of Nicosia announced a collaboration with blockchain platform Aleph Zero to conduct research and organize educational seminars on blockchain.

Aleph Zero co-founder Antoni Żółciak said the platform has awarded the university a grant to conduct blockchain research.

The goal of the initiative is to make this cutting-edge technology more widely available across industries and to address the challenges associated with its implementation.

Through the collaboration, the university will become an Aleph Zero validator, allowing it to contribute directly to the development of the Aleph Zero platform.

The partners have committed to launch an educational program for developers, including seminars, research programs and events.

This will allow developers and platforms to share lessons learned, foster innovation, and encourage the involvement of a wider audience in the industry.

“We are honored to partner with the University of Nicosia.

By engaging the educational institution, our mission of large-scale blockchain adoption will be accomplished much faster,” promises Antoni Zolciak.

Cypriot authorities are loyal to blockchain and cryptocurrencies.

Last year, they began developing a regulatory framework for crypto regulation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
