Coinbase and SEC Reach Agreement on Stipulation and Proposed Protective Order
Digital currency exchange Coinbase and the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) have jointly filed a Stipulation and Proposed Protective Order in accordance with the court’s previous ruling. This stipulation and order signals that both parties have come to an agreement on specific matters, and the court has granted its judicial approval. Therefore, should one of the parties claim a violation, the court has the authority to enforce the terms of the agreement.
