One of the oldest cryptocurrency exchanges, Bitstamp, is expanding its presence in the Eurozone and has officially received a license to operate in France.
Bitstamp, headquartered in Luxembourg, has offices in London and New York. The trading platform is known for being the first in the world to provide customers with the opportunity to purchase cryptocurrency using Visa and MasterCard cards.
In November 2022, the crypto exchange received a license from the Spanish Central Bank. And at the end of July 2022, the trading platform received permission to work in Italy.
