Within the next month, from July 17-20, Ethereum community will be hosting the very important EthCC6 conference in Paris.. It rivals EDCON, which we covered in detail earlier, in its importance. This year’s speakers focus on decentralization, MEVs, dApps and “finance of the future.”
Summary
EthCC-2023 will bring together over 280 representatives of big business, including companies such as Polygon, Coinbase, Celo Foundation, Circle, Uniswap Labs and Aurora Labs. The event includes about 120 side events, case studies, panel sessions and speeches.
Tickets range in price from 110 to 400 euros. An interesting nuance, international students who applied in advance will be able to attend all four days of the conference absolutely free.
Program and topics to be discussed
EthCC-2023 is the largest event in Europe dedicated to Ethereum, as well as Web3 and blockchain. This is how Jerome de Tichy, founder and president of Ethereum France, describes it:
“EthCC has been and remains a kind of ‘chiller’ of new ideas that help push the limits of Ethereum’s growth. Since the last conference, there have been significant events such as “the Merge” and “Shapella”. We have calibrated our approach and introduced new elements to the conference that will highlight not only these events, but also projects and ideas with high potential.”
De Tichy also expressed confidence that EthCC will remain an “incubator” of ideas and a “breeding ground” for talented minds as well as startup teams.
