Ripple has made significant progress in expanding financial access for underserved populations, collaborating with organizations such as the Mojaloop Foundation and the Lab for Inclusive Fintech at the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, their University Blockchain Research Initiative (UBRI) has driven blockchain innovation, with seven new academic partners joining the initiative in Europe, Canada, and Australia. In terms of sustainability, Ripple has committed to net zero emissions by 2030 and has invested $100 million in advancing global carbon markets. Additionally, they have tokenized 1 million carbon credits on the XRP Ledger.
