Ripple 2023 Impact Report Shows Firm Has Donated $185M

Ripple’s 2023 Impact Report has revealed the firm’s generous donations of $185 million since 2018. The report, which showcases Ripple’s achievements in social and environmental initiatives, highlights its focus on financial inclusion, blockchain research, and sustainability. Ripple has made significant progress in expanding financial access for underserved populations, collaborating with organizations such as the Mojaloop Foundation and the Lab for Inclusive Fintech at the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, their University Blockchain Research Initiative (UBRI) has driven blockchain innovation, with seven new academic partners joining the initiative in Europe, Canada, and Australia. In terms of sustainability, Ripple has committed to net zero emissions by 2030 and has invested $100 million in advancing global carbon markets.
