The warning comes at a time when the crypto industry is anticipating the Bitcoin Halving, which is expected to boost the bull run. Scammers have taken advantage of this hype by launching fake tokens and employing deceitful tactics to promote them as genuine investment opportunities within the Shiba Inu ecosystem. They reminded users of scammer tactics, such as creating fake social media accounts, redirecting users to fraudulent platforms, and obtaining personal information for malicious purposes. The channel advised investors to follow official team members and cautioned against sharing wallet information or personal details with anyone claiming to be from the team.
