Vivek Ramaswamy: “My political course guarantees a bright future for cryptocurrency”

U.S. presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy said that in his political course he is not forgetting about cryptocurrencies, which will give freedom to Americans.

“15 years ago, US taxpayers were forced to bail out the big banks, mediating between them and big government. It poisons the proper functioning of capitalism,” wrote Vivek Ramaswamy.

The cryptocurrency movement was born as an alternative to “this shame,” he added.

“The policy framework I released this month ensures a bright future for cryptocurrency and will provide economic freedom for Americans seeking an alternative to centralized finance,” the presidential candidate said.

He explained that such freedom stands on three pillars – freedom to code, freedom of financial autonomy and freedom from regulatory misconduct.

“Using such policies as a framework will allow us to free American innovators from an administrative state that harasses and blocks innovation,” he added.

Ramaswamy calls bitcoin “a way out of the broken financial infrastructure” created by the US Federal Reserve (Fed). He also assures that as a future US president he intends to fight for the dollar to remain the reserve currency of the world without hindering the development of bitcoin.

In May, Ramaswamy announced at the Bitcoin-2023 conference in Miami that he was collecting campaign donations in BTC. The presidential candidate later spoke out against the digital dollar, calling it a threat to the freedom of American citizens.
