Voyager will open a customer payment app

  • It will launch on June 20
  • There you can apply and see the refund amount

Voyager Digital will re-launch its platform, which hasn’t been running since last year. This is needed to receive applications and make payments to customers. In the app, users will be able to find out the projected amount of initial distributions and other information.

According to court documents, the platform is scheduled to restart between June 20 and July 5. Customers will receive a separate notification to their mailing address.

Creditors will receive their initial distributions within 3-7 calendar days after they request a withdrawal on the Voyager platform.

We remind users that initially they will be able to receive about 35% of their cryptocurrency deposits. Further payments and their amounts depend on a number of factors. In particular, how the current litigation resolves and how much capital remains with Voyager after all the proceedings.

The company is now suing Three Arrows Capital and FTX. A favorable ruling on the lawsuits would help them significantly increase Voyager’s assets, and thus recover most of their debt from customers.

The Alameda Research lawsuit also has an important impact.. They sued Voyager Digital for $445.8 million in loan payments. Alameda called cryptocurrency lender a “feeder fund”. And they blamed management for the thoughtless investments that led to the platform’s bankruptcy.
