Eirdrop hunters are accounts that perform certain actions in search of rewards from cryptocurrencies.
The research was conducted by journalists from X-explore and WuBlockchain. They found that in the premium segment, such hunters have incomes as high as $18,935, while the average fluctuates around $14,288.
Most such drophunters are early adopters of Etherium. They have significant activity on NFT platforms and decentralized exchanges (DEX), are actively trading and continue to participate in projects after receiving tokens. A total of 932 addresses were able to receive rewards from the top five recent giveaways on Uniswap, Ethereum Names Service, Optimism, Blur and Arbitrum;
A total of 34,547 eirdrop hunters were able to get three or four of the five rewards. It should be noted that one organization or trader can control two or more winning accounts.
