Fractal ID Unveils idOS, a Decentralized Identity Solution on XRP Ledger

Fractal ID has unveiled a decentralized identity management protocol called idOS on the “Build on XRPL” show. This protocol aims to simplify user onboarding and enhance security in the decentralized finance sector. The CEO and Co-founder of Fractal ID, Julian, explained that idOS enables a seamless identity verification process by reusing existing identification data and eliminating repetitive verification steps. The key feature of idOS is its interoperability, allowing users to integrate with various financial modules using a single signature. This development not only showcases advancements in blockchain technology but also promises significant improvements in user convenience and security. Additionally, Infinite Block, a South Korean cryptocurrency company, has announced its support for the open-source public blockchain XRP Ledger (XRPL), potentially expanding its user base into the South Korean market.
