Santiment Unveils Top Real-World Asset Coins: Chainlink Leads the Way
Santiment, a prominent financial market data platform, has recently revealed its insights into the top Real-World Asset (RWA) cryptocurrencies. By analyzing GitHub activity to assess their performance, Santiment has compiled a list of RWAs based on their development and active projects.
According to Santiment’s research, the leading RWA-related coins, ranked by development frequency and non-redundant GitHub activity over the past 30 days, include Chainlink, Synthetix, Oraichain, Maker, and more.
Chainlink (LINK) emerges as the frontrunner in the RWA sector, boasting over three times the development activity of its closest competitors. This achievement highlights Chainlink’s leadership and its impressive growth trajectory. Despite bearish market trends, Chainlink has shown remarkable resilience and has witnessed significant profits from the ongoing bull market, with a surge of nearly 160% in the past year. Chainlink’s continuous development, including the introduction of Chainlink Automation 2.0, has contributed to this success.
Following closely behind Chainlink are Synthetix (SNX), Oraichain (ORA), Maker (MKR), and Dusk Foundation (DUSK), which secure the remaining positions in the top five according to Santiment’s analysis.
Although Oraichain (ORAI) has experienced a recent 3.80% decline in the bearish market, it achieved its peak performance three years ago on February 19, 2021, when it traded at its all-time high of $105.76. Currently, it has fallen by 85.91% from its ATH, currently priced at $14.83.
Other notable projects featured in the top 10 RWAs, as identified by Santiment, include Centrifuge, Plymesh Network, Bonson Protocol, Reserve Protocol, and Propy Inc.
While each project approaches RWA integration differently, these tokens collectively contribute to the growing integration of blockchain technology with traditional assets.
