Polkadot Blockchain Academy Welcomes Fifth Cohort in Singapore

The Polkadot Blockchain Academy (PBA) has announced the launch of its fifth cohort, which is set to take place in Singapore. The PBA is dedicated to providing education and training in blockchain and Web3 development, with the aim of expanding the Polkadot ecosystem.

This latest cohort will feature 18 experienced instructors who will guide the participants through approximately 184 lecture hours. The curriculum will cover a wide range of topics, including blockchain technology, decentralization, and Polkadot blockchain development tools.

What sets this cohort apart is the inclusion of a Governance module, which provides students with a strong foundation in the principles of governance within the blockchain space. This addition reflects the PBA’s commitment to equipping developers with the necessary skills to thrive in the evolving decentralized landscape.

One of the key features of this program is the synchronous remote learning experience, which allows students from around the world to participate in the courses. This approach ensures accessibility and inclusivity, enabling aspiring developers from diverse backgrounds to join the Polkadot community.

Pauline Cohen Vorms, CEO and co-founder of Polkadot Blockchain Academy, expressed excitement about the opportunity to educate and inspire a new wave of talent in Asia. She emphasized the importance of the region in the blockchain industry and highlighted the strong projects and contributors that have emerged from Asia.

The PBA’s commitment to excellence and its dedication to fostering collaboration and learning position it as a leading institution within the Polkadot ecosystem. With each new cohort, the academy continues to nurture developer talent and contribute to the growth of the global blockchain community.
