Tether chief technology officer Paolo Ardoyno said artificial intelligence would prefer bitcoin to centralized cryptocurrencies such as stabelcoins. During the interview, he said that should humanity merge with artificial intelligence in the future, BTC could be the optimal currency for smart machine intelligence.
“Machine choices will always focus on fully decentralized solutions that no one can control.. If machines have to pay for electricity to run, they will always choose something that is beyond human control. In my opinion, bitcoin will be that choice,” said Tether’s CTO.
He suggested that artificial intelligence would not use USDT because of its centralized nature.
Paolo believes bitcoin is the natural choice for AI because of its decentralized nature of the protocol.. Ardoyno believes that humanity’s future may include the fusion of humans and artificial intelligence through the use of bionic elements and advanced brain capabilities. He pointed to Neuralink, a company founded by Ilon Musk, as an excellent example of an effort to explore the possibilities of augmented cognition through AI technology.
