The regional prosecutor's office charged them under part 4 of article 162 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Robbery committed by a group of persons on an especially large scale”). In addition to bitcoins, the criminals also stole a laptop and cash. The total amount of damage was about 360,460,000 rubles. It is interesting that 90 bitcoins were stored on the wallet of the Tomsk miner, but the attackers did not take everything.
