According to Arkham Intelligence, Donald Trump currently possesses 579,281 MAGA (TRUMP) tokens in his wallet. These tokens were received from the project team between August and October of the previous year when the price for this quantity of memecoins was approximately $7,100.
The price surge for the memecoins dedicated to the ex-president occurred following Trump’s triumph in the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries as he gears up to become a contender again for the presidency. The endorsements of two Republican candidates, Ron DeSantic and Vivek Ramaswamy, who dropped out of the race and pledged their support for Trump, also played a role in lifting the meme token’s value.
In addition to this latest development, it is worth noting that Donald Trump earlier unveiled a brand new collection of NFTs titled the Mugshot Edition, which pays homage to his infamous arrest in April of the prior year.
