The Tomsk Region Prosecutor’s Office demanded that Tomskvodokanal dismantle an illegal mining farm on the territory of a water intake after complaints from local residents.
In September, the prosecutor’s office began to check the activities of Tomskvodokanal in the village of Kaidakovka after local media reports about the possible operation of a mining farm on the territory of the water intake, as well as complaints from local residents.
The water intake is located in the vicinity of the village of Kaidalovka, Tomsk district. Residents of the surrounding communities regularly complained about the continuous noise emanating from the equipment at the water intake site
