17 Projects Ready to Unlock Over $1.38 Billion Worth of Crypto in April 2024
The token unlock schedule by TokenUnlocks, a digital assets aggregation platform, reveals that in April, there are 17 cryptocurrencies with individual token unlock values greater than $10 million. According to the platform’s data, the total value of these “large-value” unlocks will exceed $1.38 billion.
According to information shared by Colin Wu, a prominent crypto journalist, the scheduled unlocks for April include DYDX, ZETA, SUI, GAL, APT, CYBER, STRK, ARB, APE, AXS, IMX, PIXEL, ID, YGG, AGIX, OP, and PRIME. These tokens have their unlocks planned in April, with DYDX and ZETA being the first to unlock in the beginning of the month and PRIME concluding the unlocks on April 30.
Among the listed tokens, APT will have the highest unlock value, with 24.84 million APT tokens worth $409.89 million being unlocked on April 12. This represents 6.25% of the total APT supply. On the other hand, DYDX will have the highest supply ratio ranking, with 33.33 million DYDX tokens worth $113.33 million being unlocked, which accounts for 11.35% of its total supply.
The token unlock program will initiate on April 1 and run through the month until April 30. However, unlock activities will not occur on all days, and some days may have multiple unlocks.
