According to data from Arkham Intelligence, Donald Trump currently holds 579,281 MAGA (TRUMP) tokens in his wallet. These memecoins were acquired from the project team between August and October of the previous year, when their value was around $7,100.
The price of the memecoins experienced a significant surge after Trump, who is running for the presidency once again, secured victories in the Iowa and New Hampshire primaries. Following these wins, two Republican candidates, Ron DeSantic and Vivek Ramaswamy, withdrew their candidacies and pledged their support for Donald Trump. This development further influenced the value of the meme token.
Prior to this, Donald Trump also unveiled a new collection of NFTs known as the Mugshot Edition. The collection pays tribute to Trump’s arrest in April of last year.
