Binance Labs announced an investment in Web-3 company Fusionist. As part of a seed round of funding, the firm provided $6.6 million to further support early-stage Web3 game innovation. This initiative is in line with Binance Lab’s desire to support the early stages of Web3 game projects and help develop the Web3 game ecosystem.

Fusionist is a trilogy of sci-fi games that combines control simulation, tactical RPG and strategic 4X. The game is set in the world of the year 2800, where the Earth is almost uninhabitable. Players are invited to take on the role of commander and begin exploring space to find habitable homes and settle humanity across the galaxy.

Fusionist aims to create a Web3 game space that impresses with well-designed and engaging gameplay, collectible NFTs and innovative multi-game mechanics. The goal is to create a scalable Web3 gaming environment with effective player segmentation and organic growth. Initially, the games will launch on the BNB network and later expand to other Tier 1 networks.

Aik T, CEO of Fusionist, expressed his joy that Binance Labs has become a strategic investor and partner of the company. He said that with the support of an industry leader, Fusionist will be able to raise the bar even higher in the future.

Fusionist will use the investment to accelerate game development and expand its Endurance Mainnet ecosystem, which was introduced in January 2023. In addition, the company intends to increase user growth and bring in highly skilled professionals in gaming and Web3 to bolster the capacity of its team.
