  • See the detailed report from CryptoSlam

The popularity of non-interchangeable tokens in the Bitcoin network has declined slightly lately. But the new technology is still causing a haip.

A new record speaks volumes about this: the Bitcoin blockchain has become the second largest NFT network.

According to CryptoSlam, the Bitcoin blockchain has overtaken competitors like Solana and Mythos Chain in sales volume.

In the last 30 days, $167.47 million in NFT sales (secondary sales) have taken place online.

But the unchallenged leader remains, of course, the Ethereum network. Sales for the same period here totaled $395.95 million.

Solana’s sales for the past 30 days totaled just $55.8 million.. In fourth place is Mythos Chain with $35.4 million in sales.

The most popular collections

The Bitcoin Ordinals collection was the biggest success, with sales of $26.3 million in 30 days.. Incidentally, this is the fourth highest-selling collection among all networks in the period under review.

Followed by Space Pepes and Bitcoin Frogs. In 30 days, they traded $12.24 million and $9.43 million. The collections ranked 11th and 15th overall.

Bitcoin-NFT has led to some ideological division in the bitcoin community.

Proponents of blockchain purity are staunch opponents of the new trend. And they even call for a ban on such NFTs.
