Bitcoin Exchange Upbit Announces Addition of Two New Altcoins to Its Platform!
In an effort to solidify its position as a leading digital asset exchange, cryptocurrency platform Upbit has announced the listing of two new altcoins. Beginning on March 27, 2024, users will now have the opportunity to trade MNT and POKT on the Upbit platform.
MNT, which can be traded against KRW, BTC, and USDT pairs, offers a versatile option for investors. Similarly, POKT can be traded against BTC and USDT pairs, providing users with a range of trading possibilities.
Deposits for both MNT and POKT will be enabled immediately, although MNT deposits will only be supported through the Ethereum network.
To ensure the safety of transactions, Upbit has implemented certain restrictions on orders when introducing new digital assets. A temporary restriction on buy orders will be imposed for approximately 5 minutes after the addition of a new asset, and market and reserve orders will be restricted for the first hour.
As of now, the current market price for MNT stands at $1.15, while POKT is priced at $0.34.
