Blockchain for Good Alliance launched at Blockchain Life Dubai

Blockchain for Good Alliance (BGA) made a splash at the Blockchain Life Dubai event with its official launch on April 15. BGA aims to bring together organizations, projects, and individuals who are dedicated to using blockchain technology to address global social, environmental, and economic issues. Partnerships have already been formed with a range of blockchain-based entities, including Bybit Web3, Solana Foundation, Aptos, Moledao, Harvard Blockchain Club, ICP.Hub UAE, American University of Sharjah (AUS), Coineasy, Libera, Edu3Labs, Alchemy Pay, Bu Zhi DAO, and XueDAO. Acting as an incubator for blockchain technology, BGA will facilitate networking opportunities, providing creators with mentors, resources, and events. The organization distinguishes itself by prioritizing the nonprofit aspect of its mission, a refreshing departure from profit-driven initiatives. Silvia SEMENZIN, an Italian researcher at the GRASIA research group of Complutense University of Madrid, recently published an article in Sage Journals exploring the concept of “blockchain for good.” The formation of the Blockchain for Good Alliance solidifies the dedication of its members to make a positive impact using blockchain technology.
