Dmitry Ibragimov is convinced that the authorities will not arrange surveillance of citizens using the digital ruble:
“There is no need for total surveillance of citizens by the state or its authorized supervisory bodies. Credit organizations must report financial anomalies or suspicious transactions to Rosfinmonitoring if they are detected”.
