Coinbase Adds Ethereum-Based ‘De-Anonymizing’ Altcoin Project to Listing Roadmap

Coinbase has made an interesting addition to its listing roadmap by including a controversial altcoin project that focuses on de-anonymizing information. The project, called Arkham (ARKM), allows buyers to place bounties on specific pieces of intelligence. However, it has faced criticism from some developers who accuse it of operating as a “snitch-to-earn” or “dox-to-earn” service. Arkham has denied these claims and clarified that they do not allow the purchase of off-chain personal information on their platform. With this move, Coinbase aims to increase transparency and prevent front-running of new trading support announcements. As of now, ARKM is being traded at $2.53 and has experienced a 3% dip in the past 24 hours.
