Cryptocurrency exchange Crypto.com unveiled its first artificial intelligence (AI) initiative called Amy.
Amy is an AI companion through which customers can learn more about the cryptocurrency industry. It will also provide real-time knowledge of specific tokens and projects.
In addition, it will provide information about quotes and some historical events.</nbsp;
The Amy technology is based on OpenAI’s ChatGPT bot, but is receiving additional training on case studies to provide more accurate and relevant results for Crypto.com customers.
The pilot is currently in beta testing and only select users have access to it.. Amy’s access will be gradually expanded to more Crypto.com users in the coming weeks.
The exchange will also eventually incorporate Amy into the app. Abhi Bisaria, product manager at Crypto.com, said:
