‘Crypto Survival’ SHIB Warning Released by Shiba Inu Team

The marketing lead of the Shiba Inu developer team, known as Lucie, has recently shared her perspective on the longevity of cryptocurrencies. According to Lucie, not all the thousands of cryptocurrencies in the market will survive and remain operational by the year 2026. She believes that memes, which currently play a significant role in the crypto world, may no longer be as influential in two years’ time.

In a post titled “Survival of the Fittest: Let’s See Who’s Still Around in 2026,” Lucie highlighted the critical factors that can ensure a cryptocurrency’s survival amidst market volatility. She emphasized the importance of having a strong team backing a crypto project and the necessity for the crypto to have real-world utility. While memes have contributed to the success of many cryptocurrencies thus far, Lucie admitted that this trend may not last long.

Lucie also stressed the significance of having a genuine community supporting a cryptocurrency, rather than individuals who continually jump from one token to another. She argued that cryptocurrencies need dedicated supporters who won’t simply dump coins to chase after the next trendy meme crypto. Currently, Lucie observed that many tokens are being launched without solid foundations or substantial backing.

In another development, 10,387,492 SHIB meme coins were burned in the last 24 hours, according to the Shibburn crypto tracker. This number is significantly lower compared to the 96,634,993 SHIB coins burned on Friday. Consequently, the daily burn rate declined to minus 89.23%, a substantial decrease from the 139,103.99% green burn rate observed on Friday.

With the release of this warning by the Shiba Inu team, the crypto community will now be more vigilant regarding the survival and sustainability of cryptocurrencies in the coming years.
