DWF Labs Managing Partner X account has been hacked

  • Andrew Volosov’s profile on X was compromised.
  • It disseminates unverified information related to the release of the XYZ token.
  • DWF Laboratories recommends caution to its followers.

The official account of Andrew Volosov, the managing partner of the market-making firm DWF Laboratories, was hacked on X (formerly known as Twitter). This fact has been officially confirmed by the company’s press office.

It is worth mentioning that Volosov’s profile currently displays an advertisement which claims a partnership with AirDAO and their airdrop offering their native tokens, XYZ.

The post includes a registration link for the airdrop and a seal of authenticity. The page also mentions that comments have been disabled due to potential malicious links.

DWF Laboratories is urging users to exercise caution and has explicitly denied any involvement or association with the mentioned airdrop. Community members are strongly advised against clicking on any links or sharing personal information.

Interestingly, prior to this incident, a warning of suspicious activity was posted on Volosov’s profile. He urged followers to thoroughly verify information regarding projects DWF Labs is allegedly invested in.
