Expert Believes XRP Will Reach $100 and Would Hold 1,000 XRP Until Then
Edo Farina, the CEO of Alpha Lions Academy, recently sparked a discussion in the XRP community by asking members how they would spend a gift of 1,000 XRP. One prominent comment came from CryptoTank, a reputable crypto researcher, who stated that he would hold onto the 1,000 XRP gift until its value appreciated to at least $100 per unit.
While XRP is currently valued at $0.5466, reaching $100 would require an 18,194% growth. This means that the 1,000 XRP gift, initially worth $546.6, would increase to a staggering $100,000 if the price target is achieved.
Various analysts have different predictions on when XRP might reach $100. Market commentator Andrew Forte forecasts this milestone by 2037, along with Bitcoin at $1 million and Ethereum at $20,000. Analyst BarriC also suggests that XRP’s current price of around $0.54 is considered cheap, and it might range between $1 and $3 by the end of the current bull run. BarriC further predicts that XRP could reach $100 to $500 by 2032-2033. Changelly analysts forecast a potential $100 price point for XRP by April 2040.
Achieving a $100 price level for XRP would result in a market cap of around $9.99 trillion, raising questions about the feasibility of such a valuation. Nevertheless, ambitious XRP proponents like CryptoTank continue to hold onto the belief that substantial wealth can be accumulated if XRP’s value expands exponentially.
