Fundstrat, a financial research firm, has made bold predictions about the price of bitcoin, stating that it is headed for $150,000 in the short-term and could reach as high as $500,000 in five years. The head of research at Fundstrat, Tom Lee, emphasized the finite supply of bitcoin and the potential increase in demand with the approval of spot bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs). Lee believes that half a million dollars for bitcoin is “definitely achievable” in five years. Other industry experts, including the author Robert Kiyosaki and Standard Chartered, have also expressed bullish sentiments about the future price of bitcoin, further fueling optimism in the crypto market.
