Gemini received a virtual asset service provider license in France

  • Gemini, a cryptocurrency exchange, has recently acquired a VASP license in France, allowing them to enter the country’s cryptocurrency market.
  • The license was issued by the French Financial Markets Authority (AMF), enabling Gemini to offer services to both institutional and retail clients.

  • Gemini’s ActiveTrader platform, known for its high-performance capabilities, will also be available to users, along with their electronic over-the-counter trading solution, Gemini eOTC, for institutional clients.

Furthermore, Genesis Global Capital has filed a lawsuit against Gemini, seeking to recover over $689 million from their former partner.
