Manta Coin is set to launch on the Binance exchange on January 18, 2024. As the 44th project featured on Binance Launchpool, Manta introduces a Layer 2 network that serves as a gateway for zero-knowledge (ZK) applications. This modular blockchain and zkEVM technology redefine Layer 2 smart contract platforms.
Manta Network is a modular ecosystem tailored for Web3, enabling users to create and deploy decentralized applications based on Solidity. The platform offers faster transaction speeds compared to Layer 1 networks and lower fees compared to other Layer 2 solutions. By utilizing modular data availability through Celestia (TIA), Manta significantly reduces transaction costs.
The native asset of the Manta Network is the MANTA coin, which serves various purposes within the ecosystem. It is used for governance, staking, collator delegation, network fees, native liquidity, and collateral. MANTA coin holders can participate in governance decisions, stake their coins for network security, and use MANTA for transaction fees and collateral.
The total supply of MANTA coin is 1 billion, with a circulating supply of 251 million at the time of its listing on Binance. This represents 25.10% of the total supply. MANTA will be tradable in pairs such as MANTA/BTC, MANTA/USDT, MANTA/BNB, MANTA/FDUSD, and MANTA/TRY on the Binance exchange.
To purchase MANTA coin, users need to sign up for a Binance account and deposit funds into their wallet. They can then buy MANTA using any of the supported trading pairs. For example, users can navigate to the trading interface, specify the desired amount, and confirm the transaction with a Buy MANTA order.
