Nubank Implements Reduced Rates for Cryptocurrency Trading
Nubank, a leading fintech company in Latin America, has recently introduced a reduction in its cryptocurrency trading fees. The platform now offers a reduced fee of 0.6% per transaction, down from the previous 0.8%. Nubank’s platform allows users to buy and sell a range of popular cryptocurrencies, such as bitcoin, ether, solana, and the USDC stablecoin. This fee reduction is part of a trend towards lower trading rates, as Nubank had already decreased fees from 1.6% last year. While the fees charged may vary depending on the trading volume, the 0.6% rate is available to the majority of customers. This move by Nubank follows its recent decision to discontinue trading of its nucoin token, repurposing it for an in-house rewards program.
