PKO Bank Polski held an event for potential employees in the metacenter. This is the PKOBankTalentow job fair.
It is intended for technical professions such as programmers, WEB3 developers, etc. At the fair candidates presented themselves and learned more about the employer.
Polski Bank entered the virtual worlds last fall. They opened an office based on Decentraland.
Now the company is poised to increase its presence in the meta-universe. They will expand the digital office and introduce new options.
Bank Polski plans to create and maintain virtual environments on Fortnite and Roblox-class platforms.
It will be a meta-universe with gameplay elements. The bank is inviting third-party studios that already have experience in those technologies. They will be partners in the new development.
The job fair was held on May 30. The company is now processing the submitted applications and will soon announce the winners. Next, the bank will interview recruiters.
Last year, PKO Bank Polski saved more than PLN 31 million by using blockchain technology.
One of the bank’s services is the “Durable Environment” project.
It is an alternative to physical documents in the form of electronic equivalents on blockchain, which are sent through the iPKO service.
