QCP Capital Analysts Suggest a New Date for Bitcoin Spot ETF Approval

After the price of Bitcoin (BTC) reached $38,400, cryptocurrency analysis company QCP Capital shared its comprehensive analysis of the future of Bitcoin.

QCP Capital: “Bitcoin Spot ETF May Be Approved on January 3”

After SEC chairman Gary Gensler’s Halloween tweet wishing him a ‘happy 15th anniversary of Satoshi’s famous white paper that launched cryptocurrencies’, QCP Capital suggested that if Gensler truly believed in symbolic dates, the spot ETF would be on the Genesis Block. It suggests it should ratify on January 3, 2024, the 15th anniversary.

But if that doesn’t happen, the first real deadline to meet is January 10, 2024, which is the deadline for ARK to apply in the first approval group. If ARK is rejected and others are delayed once again, Blackrock and other candidates face their own deadlines March 15, 2024 will be a real breaking point.

QCP Capital also states that the next Bitcoin halving is only 150 days away.
