Revolut reduces cryptocurrency trading fees

  • Beneficiaries of the changes will be customers of all plans
  • The average commission will drop by 0.5%

Broker Revolut announced a decrease in trading commissions for cryptocurrency transactions. In a press release, the company says it made this decision in response to customer requests. They are also looking to improve their competitiveness against other platforms.

“We listened to your feedback and decided to update our commission structure.. We are pleased to announce a reduction in some of our fees.”

Changes will only affect cryptocurrency transactions. Lower fees will give customers more flexibility and savings in these transactions.

The company will lower fees on both standard and premium plans. Users of Standard and Plus programs had their fees reduced by 0.5% (from 1.99% to 1.49%). Premium and Metal program assumes 0.99% commission (was 1.49%).

British fintech company Revolut continues its active development in the digital asset market. For example, they introduced the ability for users to earn cryptocurrencies for free. To do this, go through the “Training” section of their mobile app.
