Santiment Names 3 Altcoins: “They’re Being Shorted Too Much” – They Are Claiming Bullishness

Santiment Reports 3 Altcoins Facing Excessive Shorting – Calls for Bullish Outlook

Cryptocurrency analytics firm Santiment recently revealed that three altcoins have been consistently targeted by traders with short positions since early September. These altcoins are 1inch (1INCH), Tron (TRX), and Stellar (XLM), all of which have attracted significant interest for shorting.

Santiment’s analysis suggests that the accumulation of too many short positions can trigger liquidations, turning them into catalysts that propel the asset’s price upward. The firm claims that those who go against the skeptical sentiment surrounding these altcoins might stand to gain.

While the cryptocurrency market as a whole continues its downward trajectory, Bitcoin, the largest cryptocurrency globally, experienced a 1.5% decline in value over the past week, with current trading prices hovering around $58,183.

Tron, prominently featured among the altcoins mentioned by Santiment, recently gained attention due to a memecoin attack. The emergence of memecoin production platforms on Tron’s network has led to the creation of numerous new tokens.
