Shiba Inu Reveals Plans to Onboard 1,000 Projects on Shibarium

Shiba Inu ecosystem marketing lead Lucie has recently announced on the X platform (formerly Twitter) that Shibarium, the popular Layer-2 scaling solution, has plans to onboard 1,000 projects to its network in the near future. Lucie also expressed the team’s intention to form strategic partnerships with top firms to further enhance the adoption of Shibarium. The goal is to support new projects without canceling existing ones, emphasizing the importance of community support during challenging times.

Since its launch in August 2023, Shibarium has garnered attention from prominent projects including MARSWAP, ChewySwap, DogSwap, PunkSwap, Shibex, WoofSwap, LeetSwap, Woof Finance, BoneDex, and Ball Exchange, among others. K9 Finance is also planning to go live on the Shibarium network, signaling its growing popularity. Notable exchanges such as Gate.io and GroveX have already added support for Shibarium.

Shibarium’s traction has been steadily increasing, with over 300 million total transactions processed. The network has achieved this milestone by handling between 1.7 million and 7.5 million transactions daily for seven consecutive weeks. Shibarium has minted over 2.88 million blocks, with an average block time of 5.0 seconds. The total value locked (TVL) on Shibarium currently stands at around $803,084, although it experienced a decline due to the recent crypto market downturn.

The Shiba Inu team acknowledges that the dip in crypto prices has led to frustration among investors. Lucie advises the community to remain patient and strong during these challenging times. She also provides financial tips such as conducting thorough research before investing in tokens and only investing an amount that one can afford to lose.

Overall, the ambition to onboard 1,000 projects and establish strategic partnerships demonstrates Shibarium’s determination to attain widespread adoption and strengthen its position in the crypto market.
