  • He said the company is developing a new generation of “financial internet,”
  • but it needs to be as widely accessible as possible
  • A similar principles are followed by Apple

Solana co-founder Raj Gokal thinks Solana could repeat Apple’s success and become as recognizable a brand in the cryptocurrency space.

The network follows the same priorities, focusing primarily on user experience and performance.

“I’m thinking about Apple. They worked on touchscreen sensitivity for 10 years before releasing the iPhone.

And it was like magic,” Gokal said in an interview with TechCrunch.

He went on to say:

“They (Apple) had to do a lot to make the smartphone, app store and this whole ecosystem as we know it today.. But it all started with one little detail that was perfected.”

According to Gokal, Solana is on the same course.. For the developers of the project, it is important to create a new generation network, but in a way that feels like regular Internet surfing.

It is interesting that Solana may try to compete with Apple in the segment of mobile devices. At the beginning of May the company released an Android-smartphone called Saga.

The novelty is not yet available in Ukraine, but Incrypted made a review of the device especially for you.
