The number of active addresses on the Solana network has reached its highest level since January 2023

• Analysts have recorded a surge in the number of active addresses in the Solana network.

On December 25, 2023, the number of active addresses in the Solana network exceeded 15.6 million. This follows from a report by The Block.

According to the platform, the number of active addresses updated the monthly maximum of 15.2 million, set in January 2023. Compared to November, this figure increased by approximately 50%.

The absolute maximum was set in April 2021, when the number of active addresses in the network approached 40 million.

Additionally, Solana is seeing a surge in new addresses. In December, this figure reached 6.8 million, while the previous annual record of 6.6 million addresses was set in May 2023.
