This Ethereum-based battle royale game, OpenSeason, is making waves by adding a Doge-themed biome to its digital world. The Doge biome pays tribute to Kabosu, the Shiba Inu behind the famous Doge meme. The collaboration with Own the Doge, an NFT community, resulted in a unique environment inspired by Kabosu’s story. The aesthetic of the Doge biome is described as a fusion of Tokyo and Dogelore, promising an exciting and quirky experience. OpenSeason has previously incorporated various crypto-themed elements into its game, including Pepe-themed amusement parks and Bored Apes avatars. These additions not only add fun elements to the game but also align with OpenSeason’s business model of partnering with crypto communities to showcase their game. The Doge biome is expected to launch in May, and players will require a Fractional Uprising Studios NFT membership pass to play. OpenSeason also plans to release its own crypto token named “FUmoney” later this month.
