Top Blockchains Based on Per-Month Active Addresses, Solana Takes the Lead
Recent data reveals a significant increase in the number of active addresses on various blockchains. According to Phoenix Group, Solana, NEAR, and Base are dominating the blockchain sector based on the latest per-month active addresses. The on-chain analytics platform recently shared a list of these prominent platforms on social media.
Solana is ranked at the top of Phoenix Group’s list. The blockchain project has witnessed an impressive growth of 139.3 million active addresses in the last month alone. Additionally, its 1-day active users have reached 5.9 million. Solana’s user-friendly applications and decentralized finance services have contributed to its resilient growth.
Following Solana, NEAR Protocol takes the second position on the list. The platform has accumulated a total of 31.5 million active addresses over the month, with 3.1 million 1-day active addresses. Base, the Ethereum L2 network, secures the third position on the list with 21.3 million new per-month addresses and 857,000 1-day active addresses.
Tron occupies the fourth spot, reporting 13.7 million active addresses in the last thirty days. However, its 1-day active addresses stand at 1.7 million. BNB Chain takes the fifth position with 11.7 million new active addresses throughout the month and 874,000 new daily active addresses.
Moving down the list, Aptos secures the sixth spot with 8.1 million new active addresses in the past month and 528,000 unique daily active addresses. SUI follows in the seventh place with 6.6 million new monthly active addresses, accompanied by 646,000 daily active addresses. TON grabs the eighth position with 6.5 million unique addresses over the previous 30 days and 453,000 1-day active addresses.
Polygon finds itself at the bottom of the list with 4.9 million active addresses over the last month. Ethereum takes the ninth position, recording 6.4 million 30-day active addresses, with 374,000 exclusive 1-day active addresses. Lastly, Polygon secures the tenth place with 4.9 million active addresses on a monthly basis and 489,000 unique 1-day active addresses, according to Phoenix Group’s list.
