We have a new week ahead, which means it’s time to find out what cryptocurrency events are planned for the coming days.
As a reminder, in this article you will find an announcement of the most important and interesting events in the digital assets market, including mitups, token unlocks, updates and releases.
Lido Finance upgrade to V2, GALA v2.0 release, planned eCash upgrade and the launch of two new NFT collections on the Blend platform
Lido V2 is expected to be released today. The update is aimed at improving the architecture of the stacking router.
In addition, along with this upgrade, stETH holders will be able to unlock and withdraw their funds. Read more in our story at the link.
Also on that day, Gala Games will release a “new and improved token” under the $GALA(v2) ticker. The update brings several important benefits, including the potential for further scalability.
All holders of the “old” tokens will receive new tokens at a 1:1 ratio.
Another planned update for eCash will be released on Monday, May 15. Starts at 15:00 (Kiev time).
The network will be unavailable for about an hour after that. Validators need to update to the new version 0.27.x.
And finally, two new collections on Blend from Blur are expected to launch today. What exactly is being talked about is not yet known. One of the projects will probably be Memeland, though that’s not certain.
May 16. Secret Network update to v1.9.
The Secret Network client update is scheduled for Tuesday.
It will start at 17:00 (Kiev time). Click here for a full list of changes and additions. Hedera mainnet upgrade to v0.37 and GPT token rebranding
The Hedera mainnet upgrade to v0.37 will start on Wednesday, around 8:00 pm (Kiev time).
The upgrade will take about an hour, during which time there may be client outages.
The upgrade is planned and does not bring any major changes. Also on this day we are expecting the rebranding of ChatGPT (GPT) token into LayerAI (LAI).
Please note, before that, on May 16, from 15:00 (Kiev time) trading of the asset will be suspended. It will resume after the transition is completed.
Hedera testnet upgrade to v0.38 and CYBER tokensale on Coinlist. The Hedera testnet upgrade to v0.38 will start Thursday at 20:00 (Kiev time).
Again, the network will work intermittently for about an hour. Like the previous one, this update is planned. Also on Thursday, the CYBER token is expected to be available for public sale on CoinList.

The Stratis community will meet Friday.
The meetup will focus on GameFi, NFT, Metaverse and the future of blockchain. The event will take place at the Tower Suites by Blue Orchid Hotels. Gitcoin’s Last Day of Impact NFT Mint
In mid-April, Gitcoin presented an “impact report.” It contains information about what actions the project team took to achieve the mission.
To commemorate the event, the organization has launched a commemorative NFT token on Zora. Saturday, May 20 is the last day to issue this token.Token unlocks
