“We are pleased to announce that we have reached an agreement with our banking partners to successfully resolve nearly all withdrawal requests in U.S. dollars,” the exchange wrote.

If the attempt to withdraw funds previously failed, the exchange recommends that customers resubmit the request. In the future, the company expects the majority of requests for withdrawals in U.S. dollars to be completed successfully within the usual timeframe of no more than five business days.

While dollar withdrawals remain fully available on the platform now, the exchange expects bank partners to discontinue the service in the near future;
