Australian Entrepreneur Craig Wright Claims Apple Infringes on Bitcoin White Paper Copyright

Craig Wright, the Australian entrepreneur and programmer known in the crypto community as “the self-proclaimed Satoshi Nakamoto,” has accused Apple of copyright infringement of the master document for the first cryptocurrency.

On April 6, in response to a user’s question, Wright stated that he believes Apple is infringing on his copyright.

However, his statement was met with several sarcastic tweets urging him to sue the US corporation.

Blogger Andy Baio discovered that the macOS operating system contains a hidden PDF file of the original Bitcoin White Paper, which was authored by Satoshi Hakamoto.

The file can be found in every version of macOS from Mojave (10.14.0) to the current version (Ventura), but not in High Sierra (10.13) or earlier.

Despite losing a lawsuit related to alleged infringement of his copyright in a digital asset, Wright continues to insist that he is the author of the Bitcoin White Paper and is, therefore, the same anonymous developer known as Satoshi Nakamoto.

Craig Wright has a successful track record with various start-ups and ventures to his credit.
